Developer, strategist, and founder of multiple initiatives that lead us into the future.
I’m the founder of DomiPay, the first financial social network in Brazil, recognized as the Most Innovative Fintech of 2020 by the CEO Awards. Since then, I’ve been leading projects that integrate digital economy, technology, and social transformation.
From 2021 to 2023, I served as Coordinator of Science and Technology at the Economic Development Department in the state of Rio de Janeiro. During that time, I helped create a Technological Hub to boost startups and businesses, building connections with embassies (France, Spain, Portugal) and venture capital funds.
I’m also an Innovation Agent at Startup Rio, one of the state’s leading startup acceleration and investment programs.
In 2023, I was CTO at Genesis Bank, a digital bank that connected the crypto market to the traditional financial system; CTO, and shortly after, President and CPO of Americas Tech, a tech solutions company focused on finance, operating in Brazil, the US, Canada, Paraguay, and Portugal.
More recently, I founded Moodos, an Artificial Intelligence company dedicated to building systems for learning, language, and cognitive automation.

In addition, I helped organize entrepreneurship-driven events such as Rio ITech and ValeITech, in partnership with BPInstituto, IFRJ, and Veiga de Almeida University, among others.
I also co-founded projects like D4U Web – specialized in agile development for web, iOS, and Android; MultOrganic – distributor of organic and sustainable products; and Web TV Futuro Mix – a media startup in partnership with IFRJ.
My academic background blends technology and economics – and I’m always open to talk business… or, well, almost always haha!
